Base your choices on how well they resonate with your desires ❤

Focus on the desired outcome, imagine yourself having it, being it and doing it... Enjoy how good that feels and let those feelings embrace you. Return to those pleasurable scenarios several times during your day.

Do everything that you believe will take you in the desired direction. Base your choices on how good they feel to you and how well they resonate with your desires.

I’m not sure about this…seems it calls for a destination focus and excludes the journey portion which encompass a majority of the process…I think I prefer the hero journey story archetype of setting out in a quest which one ultimately fails at because the goal was wrong headed, but find success and growth through the process. I suppose one could argue that visualization of the goal could pull one through difficulty…but it seems so separated from mindfulness of the here and now….I’ll have to think on it further. Thanks for provoking some thought!

I love your blog! Focus, desire, manifestation, positivity, compassion! These are our rivers that take us to life’s we love. Our waves are wiser for having your guidance in them. Though, as all is love, I keep room for it all. I mean, beyond optimism, and truth, is transcendent detached love. It’s all complete. Funneling all that is through our physical lives, … on a quest I am
