An awesome early morning workout β€

I still feel that delicious sore sensation in my muscles since yesterday’s workout. This week I have started a new workout routine and I love how much fun it has been to change it up. I always change routine after 4 weeks, it is a very effective way to challenge your muscles.

I love the sensation I have all day after a workout – it feels so good! πŸ’– Tomorrow I will enjoy the last workout for this week.

    HI, I start my day with 45min-1 hour of yoga/stretching and then hit the climbing gym, or run or kickboxing, it really depends on the training schedule that day. The best way to start the day! πŸ™‚

    I cycle to work every day – which means I can’t wear 501s, or any kind of skinny jeans – my calves and thighs just dont fit in them. When I got married my brother laughed at the suit fittings – I had to wear massive trousers to get over my legs.
