I am feeling my hamstrings and quads today 

Today I enjoyed this week’s first workout and I am feeling that awesome burning sensation in my muscles, especially my hamstrings and quads.

I love working out in the mornings. I usually spend 30 minutes, while my two babies are having their breakfast, working out on my carpet. It is a perfect way for me to begin my days because I get so much good energy from working out.

    I agree that a morning workout is the best way to start the day! I’m always way more patient and happy!
