This is one of my favourite clips about motivation. I love it because it’s short, sweet and to the point. It’s only a minute long, but it really packs a punch.
The clip is from a TED talk given by Simon Sinek, and in it he talks about how great leaders inspire action. He starts off with the question “Why?” and then goes on to explain that most people start with what they do, rather than why they do it. But the best leaders start with why they do what they do.
He gives the example of Apple, and how they’re not just in the business of making computers, but in the business of changing the world. And that’s what motivates their employees and customers.
It’s a really inspiring clip, and it always motivates me to do more and be better. Hope you enjoy it!
