When you wake up in the morning, do you ever feel like you’re not quite sure what day it is? That’s because your subconscious mind is still processing all of the information from the previous day. It’s sorting through everything that happened and trying to make sense of it all. This is why it’s so important to have a clear intention when you go to bed at night. Tell yourself that you’re going to remember your dreams and that you’re going to take action on them.
The first step is to simply write down your dreams in a journal as soon as you wake up. Don’t try to interpret them or figure out what they mean. Just write down what you can remember.
Next, start looking for patterns. Are there certain symbols or topics that keep coming up? Are there any similarities between your dreams and your waking life?
Once you start to see patterns, it’s time to start taking action on your dreams. If you dream that you’re lost, for example, maybe it’s time to take a new path in your life. If you dream of being chased, maybe it’s time to confront your fears. Whatever the case may be, don’t be afraid to take risks and follow your dreams. They just might lead you to your own personal paradise.
