Well, anyone can feel good when things are going great but it takes practice to feel good unconditionally! Don’t beat up on yourself for letting what ever it is that is happening to you right now bring you down. It is ok! See it as a first step towards eventually feeling better. There is no rush.
Try to be kind to yourself and make the best you can of your now moment. Find relief in knowing that as you go to bed tonight you reset your vibration and begin fresh and new as you wake up.
No big deal if you feel off now, it will get better! Just play it down, sooth yourself and just stop trying to fix this. It will fix itself when you relax and allow it.
