If you’re resistant to the idea of being fat, it’s not the food or the action that makes you fat. It’s your vibration.

When you’re in resistance to something, you’re actually putting out a frequency that attracts what you don’t want. So if you’re resisting being fat, guess what? You’re going to attract more circumstances that will make you fat.

The key is to change your vibration. And the best way to do that is to focus on what you DO want, not what you don’t want. So instead of resistance, start putting out the frequency of health and wellness. As you do, you’ll begin to see changes in your circumstances – including your weight.

Secondly, it’s important to understand that your weight is not necessarily an indicator of your health. Just because you’re overweight doesn’t mean you’re unhealthy. And just because you’re thin doesn’t mean you’re healthy.

Your weight is simply a reflection of your vibration. So if you want to lose weight, the best thing you can do is focus on raising your vibration. When you do, the weight will take care of itself.
